I have an endless collection of recipes to fit every palate. Each menu I create is customized specifically for YOUR tastes. If you have a favorite please let me know - I would love to cook it for you. When using my service you will not see the same recipe twice in six months unless you request it.
If you are choosing the "Introductry Service" you will have the choice of three of the following entrées. Appropriate sides will be included.
Pesto Chicken Manicotti – Manicotti stuffed with white meat chicken, basil, spinach and Italian cheeses, backed in a homemade tomato sauce.
Balsamic Chicken and Peppers – Chicken breasts are sautéed with aged balsamic vinegar, colorful bell peppers, onions and fresh herbs. (You won’t even notice that it’s low calorie!)
Smoky black bean and chicken enchiladas– My most requested dish: corn tortillas stuffed with shredded chicken, black beans and cheese, topped in a homemade adobo enchilada sauce.
Thai Green Curry Chicken- A classic chicken and vegetable dish in a fabulous green curry and coconut sauce.
Salmon Cakes - These salmon cakes are crispy on the outside but moist and flavorful on the inside. Served with a creamy dill sauce
Mexican Stuffed Shells – Large pasta shells that are filled with a mixture of spicy taco meat and cream cheese; the shells are baked in a tomato taco sauce and covered with a blend of Mexican cheeses
Hearty Italian Lasagna – Traditional lasagna layered with spicy Italian sausage in a homemade marinara sauce and Italian cheeses.
Chili Cornbread Bake – A delicious beef chili made with fresh tomatoes, green chilies, and flavorful spices covered in a sweet cornbread and baked to perfection
Chicken Florentine and Rice Casserole – A savory chicken casserole made with chunks of white meat chicken, fresh spinach, onion and a blend of cheeses baked to creamy perfection
Chicken Lombardy – This has become a customer favorite. Fresh mushrooms, Marsala wine, lightly browned chicken breasts baked with fontina and parmesan cheeses.
Creole Chicken Pasta – Spice it up with chicken, penne pasta, red bell peppers, sweet onions, and Italian cheeses, seasoned with authentic Creole seasonings
Shepherd’s Pie Peppers - Bell peppers stuffed with lamb or beef, peas & carrots in a tomato sauce seasoned with Worcestershire and topped with Parmesan cheese mashed potatoes.
Chinese Chicken Fried Rice - An American version of the classic stir fry with white meat chicken, fresh ginger, soy, garlic, green onion, peas and basmati rice
Oven Fried Fish Fillets - Fresh fish fillets are marinated in white wine and then battered in parmesan herb crust and baked until crispy
